Hi, I’m Rachel! A tech problem solver, systems organizer, and the person people call when “everything suddenly stopped working.” I’ve spent my career supporting and leading IT for restaurant brands with dozens of locations, making sure their networks, systems, and infrastructure actually work in the real world.Outside of my full-time role, I take on selective contract work, helping small businesses get their technology in order. From email and hosting setups to low voltage planning, PC installs, and general “help me fix this before it breaks again” support.I like clean systems, simple solutions, and using technology to make people’s jobs easier, not more confusing.
